Three-hole Flutes - Flauta Maragata

Also known as the Chifla Maragata, this is the quintessential folk instrument of León (El Bierzo and Maragatería). Built in two pieces with a brass tuning slide, tuned in D mode in A or G pitch, crafted in dense boxwood as a sustainable alternative to extinct heather root (urz).
